Novare Dealer Account holders may enjoy dealer prices at various discounts levels and may also receive other promotional services. Please contact one of our sales representatives for further information.
Qualifications
- Photocopy of current business license and/or reseller’s permit
- Photocopy of sales tax permit
- Photocopy of business card or company letterhead
- Photocopy of advertising or telephone directory listing
- Photocopy of voided company check (if applicable)
Method of Payment
Prepaid: Certified Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, or Company Check (only with prior approval). No COD’s.
Returned Checks
If a company check has been returned for any reason, a $25 USD service charge will be applied. Additionally, the company's check will not be accepted for any future purchases. An additional $2 service charge per month will be added to outstanding balances on all returned checks.
Special Orders
All special orders and promotional merchandise must be paid in full at the time of order. Once an order has been placed, it is NON-CANCELLABLE. Parts not in stock can be considered special orders, even if they are listed on the website, catalog, or price sheets.
Prices
Prices do not include freight charges. All merchandise will be shipped using the fastest, most economical method available, unless otherwise requested.
Refused Shipments
Refused shipments sent back to Novare Industries does not constitute the right to a refund or credits. It is the dealer’s responsibility to make all arrangements with Novare Industries for refused shipments. It is the company’s policy to charge the customer all freight charges associated with the shipment and a 30 percent (30%) restocking fee.
Back Orders
Novare Industries will ship all back orders as soon as the items become available. Dealers wishing to have back ordered items cancelled must contact their sales representative to make arrangements. Although most back orders are considered special orders, special order terms and conditions still apply.
Return Policy
Exchanges or refunds will be allowed only within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in their original saleable packaging. No return or exchange will be accepted on merchandise showing signs of damage such as scratches or defects, or the slighest signs of installation or mounting. RETURN AUTHORIZATION must be issued before any returns can be made. All returns must be received by Novare Industries within 10 working days after a return authorization has been issued. A Return Merchandise Authorization does not imply a replacement or refund; Novare Industries must inspect the merchandise based on the refund claim and decide whether the return or exhange is acceptable. Return freight charges and insurance must be paid by the dealer. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A photocopy of the invoice showing the invoice number must accompany the return package along with a written explanation for the return and a contact phone number. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correct size and application of the parts before installation. All approved refunds will be paid by Novare Industries' company check, credit card, or account credit. A 30 percent restocking fee may be applied to authorized returns. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items or custom order items will be allowed.
Shipping Errors
If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will issue a call tag to pick up the incorrect item(s) and ship the correct item(s) at no additional charges.
Claims
All merchandise is packed carefully and correctly using a triple check method before it leaves our facility. Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier. All claims for damages or losses must be made with the carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and packing materials for carrier inspection. Novare Industries will not initiate any claims with the carrier. Claims for missing items or damaged shipments must be made within 5 working days of receipt.
Warranties
No warranty will be valid if the damage is caused by customer abuse, negligence, and/or mishandling. All merchandise sold by Novare Industries is only subject to manufacturer’s warranty, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for repair approval or replacement. Labor or inconvenience charges may not be included in any claims. It is also the dealer's responsibility to check the state and local laws regarding the use of any of these parts.
Termination
Novare Industries reserves the right to terminate any account that does not meet these conditions.
Titles of Ownership
All parts shall remain the property of Novare Industries until paid in full. Product Specifications, prices, materials, designs, specifications, and recommendations are subject to change without prior notice.
